The Kevin Johnson Annual Arm Care Program is an athletic throwing program geared toward gaining arm strength through long toss programming, core and arm care training.

Ages 10U-18U.

7 Weeks, 20 total sessions

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays

Session One: November 4 

Session Twenty: December 19

10-13U: 5:30 - 6:45

14-18U: 6:30 - 8

*Two sessions the week of Thanksgiving and December 2-5. Three sessions all other weeks.

*Payment plans available for early registration. 

*Group and team rates available - $50 off. 

Must have a minimum of 5 participants.
