2022 Instructional Fall Ball

The fall instructional league is designed to keep players in training mode between spring seasons. The goal of the fall is to stay in shape, sharpen skills and continue developing fundamentals, keeping players in the groove. From our experience, taking off completely creates a lag in the beginning of a new season. This program is designed to minimize the lag by keeping players in the habit of doing drills for muscle memory. Ultimately allowing for a smoother transition between seasons when moving up an age. 

• 12 weeks of training
• 3 sessions per week 
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7:30 & Fridays 5:30-7
• August to October
• Structured training 
• Training Fee = $375
• Tournaments TBD (dependent on number of players)
• Tournaments & uniform top not included
